Evren Fırat Göklü is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Goklu Law & IP Firm. Shaping his legal career around the axis of Intellectual Property Law, Mr. Göklü has successfully passed the official qualification examinations conducted by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TURKPATENT), earning the titles of Registered Trademark Attorney and Patent Attorney.
Prior to establishing his own firm, he gained comprehensive experience at one of the leading law firms in the sector, providing consultancy services to domestic and international clients in all processes ranging from IP prosecution (trademark, patent, design) to litigation. He possesses deep expertise particularly in the strategic management of trademark and patent portfolios, opposition proceedings before TURKPATENT, litigation processes, and the drafting and recordal of license/assignment agreements.
Adopting a vision at international standards, Evren Fırat Göklü's success in this field has been recognized globally with the "Rising Star" title awarded in 2025 by Managing IP, one of the world's most prestigious intellectual property publications.
Reinforcing his theoretical knowledge in intellectual property with global education, Mr. Göklü has gained a global perspective by successfully completing the prestigious "CopyrightX" and "PatentX" programs offered by Harvard University.
